1. Wrong order type

This is the number-one cause. Many of the best codes are online-only or app-only. If you’re trying to use an app code in-store, or a website code in the app, it simply won’t apply. Match the code to the order type listed on the card.

2. Cart below the minimum

3. Excluded items

Some codes exclude delivery, dips, or already-discounted bundles. If your cart is mostly excluded items, the code can’t find anything to discount.

Check the card’s conditions for the exclusion list

4. Expired or capped

Codes expire and some have redemption caps. Check the ‘verified Xh ago’ timestamp on the card — older verifications are likelier to have lapsed. Prefer higher success-rate codes near the top of the list.
